Import Instapaper into Pocket
For Instapaper users, we have created an import tool which allows you to add your Instapaper articles to Pocket.
Importing your saved items from Instapaper is a three-step process:
1. Create an account or login
First you'll need a Pocket account: Signup or Login.
2. Export your Instapaper articles
- Open Instapaper's settings: https://www.instapaper.com/user
- Under the Export section, select "Download HTML file"
- Save the file to your computer
3. Import your articles to Pocket
Import your articles to Pocket. Click the "Choose File" button below and select the Instapaper Export file that was just saved to your computer.
Please note: this import tool supports export files up to about 2 mb in size. If you would like to import a larger list, please Contact Pocket Support.
